No. MixMatch operates on a hardware-as-a-service model. The station is included in your monthly subscription—no CapEx required.
What does the per-dispense platform fee cover?
The platform fee covers recipe computation, profile syncing, payment processing infrastructure, and telemetry. It scales with your venue’s traffic so you only pay for actual usage.
Can members pay per drink?
Yes. MixMatch supports in-app payments with a 1.5% GMV + $0.10/transaction take-rate. You can also bundle drinks into gym memberships or corporate wellness plans.
How does ingredient replenishment work?
The station tracks cartridge levels and expiry dates in real time. Growth and Enterprise plans include replenishment forecasting with automated alerts when stock is low.
What’s the Fleet Ops add-on?
For $15/location/month, the Fleet Ops add-on adds compliance logging, scheduled cleaning workflows, and multi-site maintenance coordination for complex deployments.
Can I start with Pilot and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Most operators start with a single Pilot station, validate demand, and then move to Growth or Enterprise as they expand to additional locations.
